type='text'>make 10% or more in the stock market

its easy to make 10% or more in the market yearly. the secret is short term buying and selling of the same stock by following its trend against the dow. and being willing to accept 2% or 3% profit per trade

example swhc has gone from 3.90 to 4.50 2 times since dec 09 and from 3.90 to 4.15 5 times

if you had bough 500 shares and took both 50 cent profits as well as took the 25 cent profit a couple times

you would have made 125 2 times and 250 2 times

thats 750 return on a 2k seed investment or around 40% and if you were smart enough to sell last week before swhc dropped from 4.70 you could now buy it again for 4 bucks a share and repeat this trend

look at mo and usb and see the same trend or contact me at tbaarr@yahoo.com and let me help you make money for a fee of 15% of your net return or a flat fee monthly

My fee will never exceed 15% of your net return

my name is chuck weber

use my post as a guideline for free or contact me..ITS your choice. Have a great day

well swhc hit 3.79 10 days ago and i got in at 3.82 got out yesterday at 4.10 for a 100 net profit on less than 2k invested or 4% and she already has pulled back..I lookforward to buying another 500 shares at 3.90 in the next 5-10 days.. today is april 7

manta mirage kit car

I have a 80% complete manta kit see the pic on this blog for what the complete car looks like. Yup we are talking about Tony from I dream of Jennie or J.R. Ewing

What we have here is Larry Hagman's 1995 flhtc. Yes we are talking about Tony from I Dream Of Jennie or J R Ewing of Dallas. I bought her in late 1998 from Glendale Harley Davidson. This bike was being represented for Mr Hagman by the owner Oliver Shokouh. She had 2200 miles on her when I bought her.She has 8710 now. Its my belief that this bike was also ridden by Larry Hagman during a few episodes,on his short lived 1998 series called Orleans. Its a 80 cu inch 1340 cc evolution that I was told had a screaming eagle kit installed. I brought the bike to minnesota in 2001 and it has been stored in a temperature controlled garage every winter. I am selling the bike to help start funds for my 2 girls college education. I am an over the road trucker so If you ask a question it may take a day to get an answer. BECAUSE all they look at is the credit score from the reporting agency ..they dont look at the actual account history to see the perfect payment record.

The banks that have done this INTENTIONALLY are Bank of america ,Chase Manhatten bank, Elan bank , and Discover card.

thank god I dont have a crapital one account nor a shittybank account

IT does not matter that all my accounts are current and in good standing. for years in a row. That was in May.

I july I finally was able to get out of my position at a profit.

but during the 2 months I held the stock I would have been able to do a short sale against the position.

This is called short against the box.

Its 1 way to turn a losing position into a winner.

you simply watch the stock find a new top and bottom price..

Then you sell short even though your sale price is below what you originally bought at.

With smith I watched it drop from 6.00 a share to 4.62 a share.

Now if you owned 1000 shares worth 6k and you short sold at 570 a share you put 5700 into your account.

now you wait for the stock to drop again

I saw it go between 570 and 505 6 times between may 09 and july 09.

now when the stock is say 520 a share you then buy back your short position and have your broker log this as a VERSES TRANSACTION.

This means the buy and sale will be listed on your taxes as the short sale occuring first and the buy that occured later was designated as the closing of that short position.

You now have made a 50 cent a share profit or 500 bucks gross profit.

YOU still own your original position and can use it again to guarantee another short position.

I was able to do this action 3 times while I waited for july as Thats when my research told me Swhc would have a new high and maybe high enough to sell my original may position at profit.

So I made 500 three times by shorting against the box and doing a versus buy back each time.

and then I made my 200 profit on my original position when I closed it in july.

That means 1700 gross profit on a 6k investment in 2 months.

Short against the box is the term used by brokers when you sell short against a position you own.

Versus buy back is the term you tell the broker to make sure that your short against the box sale is bought back with a new lower priced buy order.

Thus your original order is still in place.

The purpose of this trading strategy is to take advantage of market rules to turn a losing position into a winning position.

Even if I sold the position at a loss at say 570 in july.

I would have a 300 buck loss on the original trade.

But I would have had a 1500 gain on the short trades.

So I would have an overall profit of 1500 less 300 or 1200 and the wash rules would not stop me from writing off the loss as long as I did not trade the position within 30 days of the termination of my original position.

This is a very technical trade strategy and you should not try it if you are unfamiliar with the trading pattern of the stock you are playing.

Finally if you do a short against the box at a price less than your buy price and the market shifts and the stock rises. you can simply release the original long position that you shorted against.

Your total loss will be limited to the difference between your original buy price and your short sale price.

so If you bought at 6 a share and shorted at 5.70 a share and the stock went to 6.50 a share. instead of having an 80 cent a share loss on the short position.

You simply release the short position using the original 6 buck buy position and you only have a 30 cent loss.

This again is a very technical trade strategy and you better know your stock before you try it.

good luck
who says you cant make 15% in the stock market every 3 months

This is a follow up post to my selling short post on RGR strum ruger and verifies how I play it. Since my short sell post I have since sold the 1000 share position that I bought at 6.85 for 6.92 Ie 80 bucks profit added to the 300 I made when I short sold that same position at 6.78 and closed the short at 6.42. I then bought another 1000 shares at 6.32 and sold at 6.73 3 weeks ago.

This means I have made 380 plus 400 or 780 net profit since jan 1 2009 on using the same 6k seed money investment. Ie 13% net return so far.

I have also recently bought some hewlett packard, symbol hpq, leap calls when the stock hit 26 a share. I know this stock only trades between 25-33 so I bought the jan 2011 expiration 30 dollar leap call symbol Vhpaf.o I am currently up 100 a contract with the stock at 29 a share.

I hope to sell on monday as I am looking for 31 a share on hpq. I look for the option to be at or around 800 a contract when I sell.

Its 3/14/09,I will update the final result.

Ashby Equity of Ashby , MN. victimized me did they do it to you

If you were a client of Ashby equity propane gas company of Ashby ,Mn., you were probably force filled last summer 2008 between july and august and you are not alone. I was too.

Unfortunately I am a 48 state trucker so I got home in sept to an overdue bill for a 363 gallon fill I know I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. When I called them I was not only assured they had permission, I was also told that they would offer a winter contract that would be 2.25 a gallon max and drop if the price dropped. My wife was unavailable for me to confirm the Ok to fill so I not only paid for the fuel I bought a contract for 800 gallons.

In Nov when I got back home from my next 6 week run on the road,I found out from my wife that she had not authorized the fill of our tank. She stated what I knew, which is the fact we only use propane in winter for heat.SO WHY BUY IN JULY?

When I called Mr Johnson the owner and requested a refund he refused.I then asked him about the winter contract and he stated it was 2.25 a gal,NO MATTER WHAT THE CURRENT RACK PRICE WAS. It was 1.70 a gal at that time.

I told him I was gonna sue him. And he told me he was gonna pull his tank.

I said fine. and had Ferrill gas remove his tank and put theirs on around 21 nov.

Around 24 nov ashby came out and got their tank BUT NEVER GAVE US A RECEIPT.

They have held my refund for 55% of fuel since 24 November.

Mr Johnson the owner said since I was gonna sue him for the bad faith winter fill contract that I could also sue him for the 55% of fuel.

He has held my refund now for over 4 months.

IT IS MY OPINION THAT ASHBY EQUITY DID THIS ACTION TO ME AND OTHER CLIENTS BECAUSE THEY KNEW THEY COULD HIDE BEHIND THEIR FINE PRINT OF KEEP FILL AND THAT CLIENTS WOULD NOT BE WILLING TO PAY FOR TANK REMOVAL AND THE DISCOUNTED REFUND OF LEFTOVER FUEL.

IN THIS MANNER THEY COULD GET RID OF HIGH PRICE FUEL THEY MISTAKENLY BOUGHT IN THE EARLY SUMMER WHEN PRICES WERE VERY HIGH.

They also knew any new company would charge a tank set fee of 200 dollars.

All these expenses would keep the clients at bay and make them kowtow to this unfair and predatory business tactic.

If you are a victim and would like to contact me. type='text'>selling short

There are a lot of so called experienced brokers who say selling short or short against the box is a waste of time.

I beg to differ.

If you have tracked a stock for a long time and have a good sence of its trading pattern, selling short can save you a loss.

Recently I bought stock symbol RGR as its a bread and butter stock I own.

I bought at 6.85 and realized that the stock had hit a resistance at 6.90.

Within 10 minutes it was selling for 6.78. so I short sold rather then straight selling and taking a loss.

I did this as my experience with this stock told me that I was looking at a minimum 50-70 cent pullback from the high at 6.90.

3 days later I bought another 1000 shares at 6.42 and directed my broker to make it a verse my short sale at 6.78.

I now have a 360 gross profit and 2 days later the stock has already gone back up to 6.60.

If I had taken the loss by straight selling, the wash rules would have stopped me from rebuying the stock for 30 days.

if I did buy it then the wash rules state I no longer can claim the loss between 6.85 buy and 6.78 sale.

But by short selling i was able to make a profit and still hold my original position.

Now all I have to do is wait for RGR to go up to a point I can sell my original 1000 shares at profit.

Finally if rgr had turned up before it went down I could have simply released my original 1000 shares to cover the short and taken my 100 buck loss.

Ie I had very little risk.

hope this hells you

Good luck
bumping credit card limits without paying interest

I recently was asked how I would raise the limit on a low limit credit card

Here is the question and my answer

Question: I recently recieved a credit card. The limit is not so high but I really plan on using it in case I have to. Can I keep on putting money into above the credit limit. Or will they eat my money up in interest? Is this wise or foolish? Thank you.

Answer: Not sure what you are asking,so I will give you an example of how I bump up my credit limits.

I pay my bills with a low limit card

example if its a 500 buck limit

I charge my cell phone and my fuel

I also see if they have a 1% cashback program

this way I get paid 5 bucks a month for the 500 in bills I charge ..

At months end,I simply take the 500 cash thats earmarked for those

bills and sitting in my bank earning interest.

And I pay the 500 limit card off in full.

I then keep up this procedure for 6 months.

after 6 months I ask for a credit line increase.

If I get it I simply charge more bills and pay them off at months end.

The vig here is that the credit card company is making money in merchant fees on each bill charged on their card.

They also are not losing money on you because they get their balance due paid in full early.

This is because you have the cash in the bank the day the bill comes.

So you can pay the bill in full EVERY MONTH.

I usually turn a 500 limit card into a 2500 limit card in 1 year.

I NEVER PAY A DIME IN INTEREST EITHER. YET MY CREDIT SCORE GOES UP.

If a credit card refuses to raise my limit after a year, I get another card.

And I let the first card sit unused for 3 months.

I then give them 1 more chance to raise my credit limit.

If they refuse they get their account cancelled and card cut up.

hope this helps

AL FRANKIN AND THE REPUBLICAN liars and attackers

Hey look Al Frankin won because all the Absentee voters like myself got their votes counted.

Now Normyboy says foul and files a lawsuit, typical repunk that he is.

FURTHER more is the loser repunk radio liars like RUSH dope fiend limpbrain and Oreilly boy are now Inferring that Al stole the election.

GUESS THEY remember how they stole the election in 2000 and think every close race is a theft of office.

At least The Democratic party did not outright Disenfrancise voters,

like the Repunks in Florida did. type='text'>the oex and how I play it

At All experts I was asked how I woul play this oct 08 market using an index option

here is my answer

In my opinion the oex and other index options are like playing poker.

so lets answer the question based on texas holdem poker

you have 3 of a kind and there is a possible straight on the board

the pot is 100

is it worth 8 bucks or 16 bucks to see if you can bully the person playing for the straight

out of the hand

now for the market

I recently bought oex options

I made a value bet

I bought three 600 buck jan oex

and I am planning to be out in nov no matter what

I spent 300 a contract on 3 contracts

they are already worth 400

the dow at 10,000 will have the oex at around 520 best case

oex is at approx 477 on 10/14

now the 580 oex jan option the oebap,is selling for 500

so a 20 buck move in the oex is gonna give me 100 more in profit

based on 5 -10 oex points per 100 dow points

I see 9900 on the dow as being 497-505 on the oex

that will be my out point, most likely

the jan oex call is oebap for the 580 strike

and oeyat for the jan 600

I suggest you base your buy on 20% max of your earned profit no more

I only spent 10% as ITS A GAMBLE

look at the oex jan 540-580 as each bid ask

will tell you what you can make

IE

the 540 is say 1000 bid and the 560 asks 850

so if you get a 20 buck move in the oex or 400 dow points min

your 850 buy becomes a 1k sell or 150 per contract profit

ie 18%

THIS IS HOW I VALUE THE OEX

Its your choice how you play

good luck
GlobalTestMarket SURVEY SCAM

This is my experience with global test mareting.

I feel they are a scam due to the fact that they do not follow up their surveys.

You are supposed to be paid 5 points if you dont qualify for a survey.

this only happens half the time.

you can get completely through a survey and be doing the final questions about age race and income

and the survey will switch to the do not qualify page

and you get only 5 points if that

as global may credit you for the 50 points you were owed. and then a week later they will pull the points.

this is I have found a consistant trend of this stock dropping 10-15% between aug 5 to sept 30.

since Ibm topped at 129-130 in early august and its down to 122-123 now.

the indicators are that it will follow trend/\.

the second part of the trend is to watch Ibm go up 10% or more between 15 oct to 20 nov.

NOW how do you play this trend on a 100 buck stock

when you only have say 2500 total to spend.

I buy a leap call good till jan 2010

that stock symbol is wibah the 140 strike call good till jan 2010.

I expect to buy around 800 a contract

with 1bm around 111 a share.

Now the difference between me and other people is I will get out when Ibm is 5 bucks higher.

This stock option will increase in value at a rate of 30 cents for every dollar Ibm goes up.

That means a 5 buck uptrend will pay 150 return on an 800 investment

If you spend 2500 you bought 3 contracts.

so you made 450 gross and 420 net if you use a discount broker.

so you make better than 15% in 30 days or less.

thats a decent profit to me.

good luck

Stock Trading ,Trading Agressively to win

Trading stocks aggressively does not mean pushing to the limit or trading every day.

YOU could simply track a trend of a stock and play it accordingly.

I have done this with Ibm and Rgr for years.

Recently, there was a nice drop in the dow from June to July.

I have found this trend with regularity, and you would too if you had tracked the Dow year to year as I have done.

With Ibm I bought the leap put in june wibmb a jan 2010 110 strike stock option.

when Ibm was around 125 I paid around 900 a contract.

at 118 the option was worth around 1000 a contract.

I got out and waited for the bottom.

Then I bought the wibah jan 2010 leap call for about 900 and sold again for about 1000, when Ibm hit 123

At the same time rgr went down to 6.00 a share and I bought 1000 shares.

my sell order was entered for 6.25cents and out, good till cancel.

even though rgr went up to 7.80, IT DID NOT MATTER.

I made my 25cents or 250 gross 220 net again for the 12th time since jan 08.

ie I was up 2700 on a 6-7k investment. or almost 45%. Thats both very agressive as well as conservative and safe, to me.

A day after rgr hit 7.80 it had a 2 buck tank and went to 5.61. And boy was I kicking myself as I was gonna short 500 shares.

but instead I bought my 1000 shares at 579 and got out at 5.99.

and when she pulled back to 5.72, two days later,I bought again and got out 2 days after for 5.97

As of 8/1/08 rgr is at 6 and I am up another 400 and waiting for the next traditional dow drop from mid aug throug late sept.

track my trends back 10 years. WITH NO STRINGS ATTACHED.

I would then take a quarter to set up a permanent income for my family to live comfortably,

The Last 1/4 would be use to form a non profit directly set to create health insurance for all.

It would be dedicated in memory to my dead parents,my uncle and my grandparents. As they gave me my value system.

This health insurance system would be 1/2 non profit half for profit. The for profit side would cover those whose jobs pay enough that they can afford to pay.

The non profit side would cover all medical needs at no cost of less fortunate and those who would have to choose between eating and seeing a doctor. It would directly offer housing to homeless by making arrangements with cities to use closed down schools and city offices and the homeless would do the needed repairs in exchange for room and board.

There would be childcare available so those homeless who still work can go

knowing their children are safe.

Yes it would be a Liberals dream come true as the republican concept of whats in it for me will be totally ignored.

I would make sure of this as I would oversee it.

I already give away my learned knowledge for free at All experts.com as well as here at,

AS Tbaarr Sees It

The way I thank god everyday is to help my fellow man, unlike conservatives who forget the words from the sermon on the mount.

When the rich man was told to give all he owned to the poor. ANOTHER problem you have is that Citibank and chase and Bank of America seem to be unwilling to offer transfers that will pay off another card that is underwritten by them.

This problem can be addressed by having a small variable rate home equityline written by a no name bank like juniper or your local bank.

You then flip the transfer to the equityline and then go from the equityline to the card you need paid off.

AS for my investment I play leap calls on good stocks like ibm and cat.

I have tracked these stocks for years and have a good feel when they will run or drop.

recently I bought ibm leap puts symbol Wibmb in april for 900 a contract

and sold them in june for 980. If I had been willing to push the issue I would have gotten 1100 a contract

since ibm dropped from 125 to 115

I bought symbol wibah ibm leap calls at 840 a few days after I sold the puts

and with ibm at 118 and when Ibm hit 123 I sold them at 980

IF I Had pushed to Option expiration week I would have made 1100 a contract again. with Ibm at 129.

My conservative approach got me about 8% ea profit on these 2 trades so 16% total in a 3 month period.

I have tracked Ibm back 10 years and have seen a consistant pattern for it to drop around the end of may to june and then rise by aug 5.

the next traditional drop usually occurs in late aug thru oct 5 and then a rise occurs around or just before turkey day.

You may want to go to my blog

http://tbaarr.blogspot.com/2008/05/leap-call-option-strategy.html

and go thru all my posts related to stock trading especially my playing quarters post.

BE AWARE I am a non supporter of the republican lie called trickle down so my posts on their party may offend you if you support their party.

AS for a nice bike, you may want to check out MY dresser. IT WAS owned by Larry Hagman, I have the docs to prove it.Shes for sale and a 500 finders fee will be paid to whoever brings me a buyer for my 22k price.

I suggest you watch cat in the next few weeks as it just dropped to its ex div day of 7 17 its low was about 4 bucks lower then on ex div day

Thats when the specialist accumulated stock that he then sold at a 4 buck profit to the unsuspecting sheep that reinvest their dividends.

That consistant trend is another I trade on.
The Trickle Down Economy Republican Lie

Recently the repubs have been backpeddling and laying blame on everyone but themselves,

They even had the gall to blame Greenspan for cutting the fed funds rate to 1%.

This is a perfect example of the two faced doublespeak lies that is the Repulican party.

Or does no one remember how the Bushboys stated that we should build a strong economy by borrowing at these low rates to stimulate our growth.

They also talked about a Faith Based economy.

WHAT A CROCK.

Its funny how the repubs choose to ignore the basic fact that we are in the exact same recession that we were in during 1986-1988 under the last 2 term repub term.

With Reagan and Daddy bush leading us to the savings and loans failures and the resulting recession.

This failure occurred due to the so called republican tax cuts that were funded by cutting state funding.

The resulting property tax rises to offset the revenue loss coupled with the interest rate cuts, fueled a temporary real estate boom.

This happened both in 81-83 and in 2001 to 2003.

Then they stated the economy was so hot in 1983 and 2003 that interest rate had to be raised and that started the cycle of foreclosures.

As the speculators began to get stuck with properties they cant sell at a profit, they get foreclosed on or sell at a loss and are left with a balance owed that they must file Bankrupcy on.

And 3 years later all the foreclosed properties get dumped as the banks are forced to sell by federal law.

This causes the first of many major housing sale price drops which causes sellers with variable rate loans to lose their homes after their low starter rates disapeer.

AND THAT LEADS US TO THE CURRENT RECESSION WE HAVE IN 2008.

JUST LIKE IN 1988.

VOTE DEMOCRAT IN Nov. 2008,IF THIS BOTHERS YOU AS MUCH AS IT BOTHERS ME.
Credit Cards they can be a great thing If you ARE DILLIGENT

Credit and credit cards are a great thing for americans.

THE simple rules you must follow are

1 pay your payment so it arrives 5 days before the monthly due date.

2 try to get a cashback card to earn money for charging.

3 Pay your bill in full every month and never pay interst.

4 IF you carry a balance, don't be afraid to get a 2nd card to transfer that balance at a low interest rate.

NOW if you follow these rules you may end up like me.

I have more than 5 credit cards.

I carry over 30k in long term balance transfers at 3.9% interest.

And I invest that money and make 10% so I make a profit on that 30k loan every year.

THE ONLY RULE I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH IS PAY THAT MINIMUM PAYMENT BEFORE THE DUE DATE.

USE AN ONLINE payment IF NECESSARY.

Simply have your bank set up free online payments in your account.

THEN simply set a reoccuring payment that will go out every month on the same day.

SET that payment to be 10-25 bucks higher then your minimum due.

REMEMBER YOU CAN ALWAYS SEND A EXTRA PAYMENT IF YOU PAID TOO LITTLE.

A final rule is to check your card the day after your auto pay goes out, to confirm receipt of payment.

IF you have money that comes in at odd times, simply ask your credit card company to reset your due date to accomodate your money inflow.

IF YOU ARE DILLIGENT YOU WILL NEVER GET HURT BY A CREDIT CARD.

A final thought, if you charge your normal bills that you pay cash with each month, and your card is a cashback card, you not only get paid to pay your bills you raise your credit score.

good luck
my new experience with pay per post

My experience with PPP has been positive and negative. But mostly its been
positive,as it has required me to learn about html and also look at the web
from their point of view.

I found PPP through a goggle web search after my blog was considered not
acceptable to google adsense. Its funny that just after I posted a warning, to all
who visited my blog, about a credit card company that was a real ripoff. I found
myself without ad support from adsense.

I started this blog to both answer questions about investing and credit card use,
like I do at All Experts.com, and raise some income to start saving money for my 2
girls college fund as well as pay for the bills that come with raising two beautiful
girls in this day and age.

PPP has also allowed me to meet others here at PPP and at their other site Social
Spark. Those people also showed me some other AD opportunities by going to their
blogs. I also found their blogs helpful in seeing what type of bog posts are needed
to qualify to be accepted as a POSTIE.

It took me 3 months of research to become a Postie as my time is limited. I am a 48
state truck driver by trade and that takes up 60-80 hours of my day. Its been a real
pleasure to learn about PPP and other sites and I would have never had the
opportunity to learn about them if I had not found PPP. Its amazing how a simple
google search titled GETTING PAID TO BLOG has changed my life.

One thing I would recomend to new people coming to PPP is how to place the ad code on
your blogspot blog. I thank Project Wonderful, for the info about the, necessary and
needed HTML/Javascript link, page element that needs to be added to any blogspot
blog. This link can be titled whatever you like and then you paste the code in the
content box.

That is also how you place other AD code on your blog as well as the PPP AD code
on your blogspot blog.

I thank PPP for helping me improve my knowledge of the blogging world and the
ability to help me improve my income earning capability. This will allow me to help
improve my daughters lives and give them the extras that my parents could not afford.

This is one reason why I have been willing to share my experiences in investing and
credit card management for free at All experts.com for almost 10 years now.

Thank you PPP for your resource to allow me to share my opinions on other topics and
earn revenue in the process to improve the quality of my families lives.

I think Pay Per Post is a great way for advertisers to get exposure. Here is the link.

get paid to blog

drive traffic

I hate wannabies and I loved Good Will Hunting

The bar scene from the movie Good Will Hunting is the perfect example of rich wannabies

thinking they are better then the rest of the world.

The priceless line of course is you just dropped 150k on an education you could have
gotten for a 1.50 in late charges from the public library.

The rich boy then acts superior and will counters with a challenge that the rich wimp backs off from.

The NSA scene So accurately describes what babybush did in the army reserve and now as

a true lameduck prezeldent letting the oil companies shaft us with oil hikes.

That I wonder if the repubs got their whole game plan from this movie.

If you ever run into someone who has no clue what they are doing but is so arogant in their insistance that they expect you to follow their lead.

RUN AWAY FROM THEM.

A perfect example of this is that loser Amarosa on the Celebrity Apprentice. type='text'>Watch out for state farm Insurance company

I have found State farm to be the king of bad faith when dealing with their own insured as well as 3rd party when their insured hits you.

These are direct examples of my dealings with State farm.

My home was broken into 3 times in a 6 month period in the early 1990's.

State farm asked me if I knew who robbed me, It was my belief that friends of my roommates had broken in, So I told state farm this in case they might have luck investigating and arresting them.

Instead State Farm clearly took the position that I was the cause of my home getting Robbed and refused to pay 2 of my 3 claims.

The only reason they paid my 3rd claim is I had removed all my roommates.

And even though I had replacement cost coverage. they only paid me the depreciated value on any and all items that were no longer made and therefore not replacable with like items.

Ie I paid a higher premium for nothing.

Then in 1996 their insured made a left turn in front of me and for 6 months State farm contended that I was at fault because I was able to jam my brakes on fast enough that their insured caught my front bumper with their rear bumper.

This case was resolved in small claims court 8 months later to my favor.

Every time I hear that slogan

LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR STATE FARM IS THERE

I mentally add TO BEND YOU OVER AND GIVE YOU THE SHAFT.

IN MY HEAD.

One of my best friends car was stolen, and the only reason he got a fair settlement is his father,a lawyer, called the adjustor and threatened a 1st party bad faith lawsuit.

Ie DEALING WITH STATE FARM WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY IS AN INVITATION TO BE SHAFTED.

Good Luck
Is restoring a car a good idea

Well lets look at that from an economic view.

I currently own a 1972 mustang Mach 1 and a 1977 corvette.

Both have a top value of 25k and both have a median price of 15k and a low price of 10k.

So the question is this, is it worth buying a non runing starter unit for 2500 and putting 7k into the engine and trans and interior.

I say yes but you must be willing to learn to do the basics of bodywork and engine tuning yourself.

The trick to restoring a car is knowing the vin and if you have matching numbers.

then the work is worth it.

AS a medium restore of these 2 cars with say 10k total invested is still worth a 5 k profit.

Plus they are getting rare so the price will only go up on a well restored car.

a 5k return on a 3 year restore with 10k invested is 50% or about 16% a year.

Plus you got the pleasure and prestige of driving the beauty.

So to me for the pleasure value its worth it.
Driving is not a job its a way of life

People say dang trucker as they pass us on the road.

And we say dang 4 wheeler to those that cut us off,

or race to pass us as their lane ends.

I really question the mentality of someone in a 4000 pound car that cuts in front of my

80,000 pound rig with only 1 car length or less of space.

Do they have a clue that I cant stop as fast as they can?

Do they realize that if I hit their rear end, they will either spin out and flip,or

worse,I will run right over their car and crush and kill them.

Thats my worst fear on the road.

I really question those that enter a 65 or 70 mile and hour freeway at 50-55 with a

cell phone in one hand and only one hand on the steering wheel.

Don't they realize that the law states they must enter at freeway speed or slow down

and let the traffic next to them pass.

When I honk my horn to warn them I cant get over, and its something the law says I don't have to do.

Dont they realize that simply pressing hard on their gas pedal will allow them to enter ahead of me.

Remember you have a 200-300 horsepower engine driving a 4000 pound car.

I have a 600 horsepower engine pulling 80,000 pounds.

Who do you think will move faster if they put the pedal to the metal.

I have to anticipate your style of driving both in my rig and on my harley, type='text'>The important things in my life have changed

When I was single, back in 1997, my most important things were my Harley and my 66 T bird.

Its amazing how the birth of my daugeters in 1999 and 2003 changed this direction of thinking.

When they were first born, there was no describing the warm feeling in my gut that I felt as my little babies, in my arms, smiled and reached out to grab my finger.

The wide eyed look of total trust was so heartwarming, that I nearly cried with happiness.

Now as I drive for a living and am away 3 weeks at a time, I look forward to them running up to my rig and giving me a big hug and kiss, when I pull into the driveway.

The greatest pleasure I get is taking them to the playland at burger king and watching them enjoy the play area. Then we share a quick snack and then go to the park if the weather is good.

I still own 2 paid for Harleys, but playing with my girls is much more important and fun, then the feel of the wind in my hair.

My life is my wife and my girls now, and giving them everything I did not have growing up is my greatest pleasure.
Dividend reinvestment is a loser bet in my opinion

The reason I dont reinvest dividends is that I feel its a rippoff.

Consider the fact that you are locked into buying stock on 1 day and 1 day only, every 3 months.

Now consider the fact that the specialist who controls that stock knows he has probably 1 million people who will buy at least 1 share of stock on that day.

Tell me why that specialist won't jack the price up on that day, after he dropped it a few days or weeks before when he accumulated shares.

Every dollar he raises the price is a dollar pure profit on a million shares.

I have traded this specific trend and made a profit for many years.

A real example of this is cat in aug of 2007 and or Nov of 2007.

NOTICE how the price dropped within a couple days of the ex div type='text'>Playing quarters in stocks

This is a theory I use when I play leap call options or a small priced stock like DPL dayton power and light or RGR strum ruger.

Basically quarters means 25 cents and out.

I track a stock back 10 years using its graph and compare the years looking for a consistant rise or fall in a consistant 3 month period.

I look at what the average rise is.

You must have at least a consistant 5 buck in a stock rise to play quarters with leap call options.

Leap calls that are good for at least 2 years and that are no more than 20 bucks out of the money will rise at a rate of 25-30 cents on the dollar.

In my experience this is what I have seen.

I have found that a 5 buck expected rise will give you a 3.50-4.00 buck play range

Since most options have a 50 cent spread between their bid and ask, a 3.50 move in the stock gives you a 75-90 cent rise in the leap option.

After the 50 cent spread is subtracted, you have a 25cent to 40 cent profit.

A stock option controls 100 shares, so the 25-40cent profit is worth 25-40 bucks per contract.

So 5 contracts means 125- 200 gross profit

Now most leaps I play cost 500-700 a contract, so five contracts cost 2500-3500.

So if you make 125 on a 3500 investment you made about 3.5% return.

If you do this 5 times a year, you made 15-18%.

Timing the sale is easy, you simply enter a good to cancel sell order,at your chosen price, 5 min after your buy order executes.

I have done this with stock options on high quality stocks like Ibm and Cat Caterpiler, and Dis Disney

I have done this with pure stocks like Rgr and Dpl
The so called stock repair or averaging

This is something that brokers push to make more commissions.

Here is an answer i recently gave.

I have bought cpl hundred shares of morgan stanley last october, and now its trading $10 below my purchase price..do you think applying stock reapair strategy would help me break even or cover any of my losses. if yes, who is the best person to ask? someone from my brokerage firm?or anyone else?please write me back at your earliest convience.

OK so you have say 200 shares of morgan stanley valued at 47 a share

ie 9400 worth.

Now looking at the 5 year chart of MS,

it shows a trend toward going sideways from may to jun then dropping from jun to jul

in 3 out of 5 years.

That tells me I have a sell signal right now

MY OPINION ONLY BUT THIS IS WHAT I WOULD DO IN MY PORTFOLIO

IF your loss is only 2000 now

I would look at other stocks that you have a profit in

and take that profit while you take the loss in MS

ie you break even.

As for stock repair or stock averaging or whatever they call it now

I CALL it good money after bad

ASK ANY person who repaired or averaged priceline when it dropped from 130 a share to 2 a share.

But Merril Lynch said it was a great repair stock.

Now why do you think Merrill Lynch is now called ING.

Stock repair or averaging is where you buy at 50 and it drops to 30 so you buy again

hoping it goes to 40 and you break even

or whatever your stock repair plan says to do

In the long run I have lost

so I just don't do it any more

period

good luck

2 weeks later I gave this follow up

Hmm its a couple weeks later and MS is 42.95 ie its down 4 bucks

from the 47 price it was at when I suggested to you to sell.

I hope you did

good luck
Tyler Hicks stated The secret of success in business is the effective use of other peoples money

IN my opinion this is a stone cold fact.

My own belief is that investing can be considered a business.

The good thing about Schedule D investing is that if you have a bad year and a major loss in one year.

You can carry that loss forward to the next years and use it to offset gains.

SO if you lose say 30k in 2003 and in 2004 and 2005 you made 12k a year.

That 12k a year or 24k total would be tax free. because the 30k would have a 27k carryover in 2004 and a 12k carryover in 2005.

The other 6k was sent to your form 1040 as a loss to be written off against your ordinary income at a rate of 3000 a year.

30k loss in 2003 became 3k going to your 2003 1040 as a loss and a 27k carryover for 2004.

In 2004 you made 12k profit on sch d, so you have 27k - 12k equals a 15k loss and then 3k goes to your 2004 1040 as a loss. So you carry over a 12k loss to 2005.

You made 12k profit in 2005 so its zero'd out by the 12k loss you carried over from 2004.

This is why I consider investing a business that you might consider funding with a low interest life of the loan balance.

ONLY USE A LIFE OF THE LOAN TRANSFER.

This is only my opinion
Is paying down your equityline with a lower interest credit card balance transfer a good idea

In my opinion its not a good idea to pay down an equity line loan using a lower interest credit card loan.

One reason is you lose your tax deduction as credit card interest is not deductable.

2nd reason is your payment on the credit card loan is based on a 7 year loan.

the equityline loan is based on a 15 year term.

That means the mininmum required monthly payment is lower on the equityline loan.

you also can pay more if you wish to reduce the principle owed.

So my main reason to not reduce an equityline loan is this.

You can either pay a lower tax deductable home loan payment and risk paying more in IRS taxes.

Or you can keep the higher payment and the higher tax deduction and use the low interest credit card loan to invest.

AS I DO
Refinance an auto loan using a low interest balance transfer

If you can take a 6.5% 15k auto loan and change it to say a 4.99% life of the loan credit card balance transfer.

You will save money if you continue to pay the same payment as the car loan was.

This explanation will include a balance transfer fee of $200.

A credit card is a 7 year term that floats.

This is why the minimum payment will drop each month.

Thats the catch the credit card companies use.

A 20 k auto loan at 6.5% will have a fixed payment around 370 a month.

The credit card at the same rate will be 340 the first year but around 300 a month 6 months later.

All you have to do to accomplish saving yourself money, is to pay the same payment you had paid on your auto loan.

With the 2.5% difference in interest, you should pay the loan off a year or so earlier then with the auto loan.

A 200 buck fee is equal to 1.3% of your 15k balance.

So in the first year your loan interest cost you4.99 = 1.33 or 6.32%.

In the later years it will cost 4.99%.

To approximately calculate the average interest, you pay in a year, take 5% of 15k ie 750 and subtract it from 15k ie 14250

5% of 15k is 750 5% of 14250 is 712

Add 712 to 750 and divide by 2.

so 1462 by 2 is 731

divide 731 by 12 months and you have your approx monthly interest in year 1

repeat for year 2-7.

The only way this loan will cost you more interest then your old loan.

Is if you only pay the reduced monthly minimum each month.

I would simply pay exactly what I paid for the old car loan, If I could afford it.

The beauty of the credit card loan is you have an option to pay less in a tight month and stay current.

JUST DON'T BE LATE ON YOUR PAYMENT, EVER

You can also select a higher deductable insurance plan. REMEMBER the car is paid off the loan is on your credit card.

That saved premium can also be applied to the loan.

FREE,the cheapest way to get your credit score

The cheap way is to apply for credit cards till you get denied

then you are entitled to one free copy of your credit report per year

the denial letter will give you the contact number for the credit rating institution they used.

You can achieve this same result by asking all your credit cards for a large credit increase.

1500- 2000 this will usually never get approved,

and now you have been denied credit and are able to get that one free report per year.

Or you can simply pay for one. ON options that are long term and close to the money. IE no more then 10-15 bucks out of the money. So if you go out past 140 you decrease your return possibility.

BUYING a shorter term is a loser bet to me.

So now you made 50 bucks a contract profit. So say you spent 5k and bought 5 contracts, you would make 250 gross about 225 net, based on a Charles Schwab round trip of 10-12 bucks a side. He is MY broker so I know the price.

If you spent 12k for 12 contracts which is what 100 shares of the stock approximately costs.

You would make 600 less comission. ie prob 550 net, On the options.

AS opposed to 400 gross made on 100 shares of stock bought at 123 a share and sold at 127 a share.

This kind of trading requires timing and tracking your chosen stock, very closely.

The reason I like Ibm is there are consistant patterns that show 10-15 buck drops an rises.

That gives me the opportunity to make 3 - 5bucks a contract profit.

So 5k invested could pay back 3-5k profit.

And you only tied up less than half the cost of 100 shares of the stock.

Graph the stock back 10 years and you may see these patterns too

Ibm just pulled back like Cat did

Ibm just pulled back from a high of 125 to 121 as of 4/28/08 and it should have an ex div declared around 6 may. Some say it is not. I say it is and here is my opinion.

Babybush has put our great nation deep in debt with his oil war I call Iraqnam.

Anyone who knows anything about debt, knows the more debt you have the higher interest rate you pay.

But in the case of a country, the interest rate is set by the country so its money value is then affected.

When bushboy attacked Iraqnam .90 american bought 1.30 of euro dollar

and 1 dollar american bought about 1.50 canadian.

NOW 1 euro dollar buys 1.56 american as of 4 25 08 and 1 canadian dollar buys 98 to one buck even american.

This proves that Bushboy has directly caused Our currency to be devalued by at least 50%.

This is also why gold is 1k+ an ounce and oil is 100+ a barrel.

These are basic commodities and as our currency devalues, these commodities cost more.

This is exactly why gas costs 3 bucks more than in 2001. As I remember finding gas costing 92 cents a gallon in Oklahoma in late 2001.

Now what is the main reason that bushboy has let our currency devalue?

OK when Iraqnam started, gold was about 300 an ounce now its 1k+.

The reason for this is to keep china from forclosing on all our debt, that they own.

Those 1k fed notes were worth 3 oz of gold in 2003, now they are worth 1.2oz of gold.

This means that it would be financial suicide to call those notes.

THIS price for so called republican capitalism is why I am a democrat and have no troble being called a liberal.

Its also why I laugh at ignorant repub supporters that call me a comunist or a socialist.

They are too ignorant to realize their own party is ripping them off.

How to use a credit card to get your first 5k investment account

If you have not read my post on how to make 120 a year by paying your bills, Please do so.

Now all you have to do is follow that procedure. to get your 1k balance on your credit card.

YOU then get 4 more cards that have 2500 credit limits.

you use their usual 0% for a year, balance transfer offer, to pay off the card you put your bills on.

Since its a 2500 card, you can send 2300 safely to the bill card. NOW you have 2 months bills covered, as you have a 1k credit on your card.

So you now have 2300 on a 0% card for 1 year. this can be paid off at 200 a month
painlessly. or pay 100 a month and have 1200 that needs a transfer next year.

Meanwhile your cash that you would have payed those bills with is you your bank account.

After 4 months you have 4-5k in there. HEY there is your investment money.

You have 4-5k because you used a second credit card balance transfer to pay 2 more months of bills.

Now at the end of 1 year.YOU need to have gotten 1 more credit card, with a 0% offer.

If you payed 100 a month per card, you now have 1200 on each card at the end of 1 year.

You now have a 5th card with a 2500 credit limit so you transfer 300 to one card so you have a 1k credit. And you pay your bills with that credit.

Meanwhile you take your paycheck cash and pay off the other card.

NOW you have 2300 at 0% for another year.

You either pay it off 200 a month or you flip it 1 more time next year.

You just made your 5k investment money and it cost you nothing in interest.IT just cost you some due diligence and some of your time.

good luck

work at home scams

YOU may have heard of thes companies that state, assemble our products at home and submit them for payment on a per piece basis.

MOST of these offers are fraud. What these companies really want to do is sell you their materials kit, PERIOD.

When you buy the kit and assemble the product. YOU are supposed to mail the finished item to the company to get paid.

BUT THEY WILL NEVER PAY YOU.

Instead they will state that you did not assemble the item correctly.NO MATTER IF IT IS CORRECTLY ASSEMBLED OR NOT.

THEN when you get pissed off and want your money back, using their money back guarantee.

THEY will state you did not send back the complete materials kit and therefore are not entitled to a refund.

THIS obvious catch - 22 is because you used part of the kit to assemble their product.

IE you get ripped off.

OR worse you allow your credit card company to get ripped off, as the floor limit for challenged charges is 50 bucks.

IE they will refund to you a 29.95-39.95 kit fee and not follow up their demand for payment
from the merchant, when the merchant refuses to refund the fee voluntarily.

THIS IS HOW MOST ASSEMBLE PRODUCTS AT HOME FOR PAY SCAMS WORK.

THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND YOUR MONEY.

THIS POST IS BASED ON MY DIRECT PERSONAL EXPERIENCE an research that you can easily find by a simple google search.

RIP-OFF Warning First premier bank of souix falls south dakota

You may have noticed that one of the adds on this site is for the top 10 credit cards for balance transfers.

most of these are good to fair. A 50 buck stock option would be considered an in the money play.

2 stocks that I play are stock symbol 'Ibm' and 'Cat'

Ibm is a fast moving stock that can be easily played 20 bucks out of the money.

Cat is a slower mover and you may want to only play 10 bucks out of the money.

If you play to far out of the money, you will lose time premium and even though the stock has moved up 5 bucks, you might only make 10 cents on the dollar.

Ie 50 cents for 5 buck move or 50 bucks profit per contract.

This example is perfectly shown by ibm and its jan 2010 140 leap call Wibah

at 101 about 10days ago I payed 500 per contract for this stock option.

now at 109 on 2/1/08 this option has a bid of 540 and an ask of 620.

THIS IS AN ACTUAL TRADE I DID THIS YEAR

ie I played 40 bucks out of the money and I made 90 bucks as the selling price or the bid price was 450 when the ask was 520 when i bought in

I had placed a limit buy order of 500 because My experience has shown I can shave 10-20 bucks off an ask price on a volitile day.

And thats exactly what happened.

Now I have made 10 cents on the dollar or 40-60 bucks a contract profit.

the option can be sold for 540 or maybe 560 and since i payed 500 a contract

thats 40-60 a contract profit 40 is a guarantee

So lets examine the results.

4 ibm leap contracts wibah.o cost 2000 and have made 4 times 40 or 160 profit.

thats over 8% return.

4 times 60 would be 240 or 12% profit

If I had bought 50 shares of the pure stock for a cost of over 5000 based on the 101 per share price

I would have only made 9 times 50 or 450 profit.

ie less then 10% in the same time period and 2.5 times more money at risk.

Now if i had spent the money for a 120 option my profit would have been 30 cents on the dollar or more, as the option would only be 11 bucks out of the money instead of 31 like mine is.

4 contracts would have probably cost 1200 each with ibm at 101 so 5000 would have been spent.

The profit would be 9 times 30 worse case or 270 per contract. 4 contracts times 270 is 1080 gross return on a 5k investment ie 20%

200 of this profit would usually cover the bid ask spread on either trade and therefore your net profit would be about 5% less.

If the option average was 40 cents on the dollar my return is 360 times 4 or 1440.

Thats almost 30% return, on a 5k investment

Thats much better then the 450 return if I had only bought 5k of pure ibm stock at 101 a share.

My only sugestions are,DONT GET GREEDY, play only leap call options, and go out as far as you can.

I have been playing jan 2010 expiration leaps since aug -sept of 2007.

I LIKE SAFETY

good luck
25% to 30% in a 401k is fairly easy to accomplish

Most 401k plans use mutual funds.

So you find the stock based funds that follow the dow industrial average like a puppy.

Get 5 years worth of graphs from your mutual fund manager.

1 graph for each year.

Then compare these graphs to the dow movement for the same 5 year period.

I have found the dow to be at a high from late july to mid aug and late dec to around 5 jan.

I have seen consistant drops between 20 sept to 10 oct and 10 jan to 30 jan.

Ibm is a bellweather stock of the dow 30 and a stock I use as an indicator.

its 31 jan 08. Today ibm hit a high of 107 and closed at 105 and change.

Ibm was 97 about 10 days ago. this drop and run up is caused by its specialist accumulating stock for the next ex dividend day.

That should occur around 8 feb 08, as the last ex div day was almost 3 months ago on the 7th or 8th of the month I believe.

The specialist is running up the stock price to shaft the dividend reinvestment people.

Look at feb 02 I believe or feb 01 when Ibm hit 120. It still aint got back there.

Back to 30% on mutual funds.

If your stock based fund was 10 bucks a unit around 3 jan and you converted it to money market mutual funds, on that day, at no commision because its a 401k.

Every 100 units turned into 1000 bucks in money market.

Now if that stock based fund dropped 25% like the dow did from 3 jan to 20 jan this year.

The fund was probably 7 bucks a unit in cost.

So you 1k now buys 140 units.

If you go back to money market at 8 bucks a unit you just made 12.5% return. 140 bucks profit.

If you only buy back in to the stock fund in oct at 7 again.

And you sell at 8 bucks a unit again.

You make another 12.5 return on almost 160 units ,as you had 1120 to buy with, plus the money market interest you accumulated.

If you push for 9 and get it thats 25% return.

12.5% from you jan sale plus 12.5% from your next jan sale is 25% min profit for that year

Push to 9 on the second sale and its 37%.

The 5 years of graphs will give a fair consistant average rise.

This is how you judge when to go back into money market funds.

Good luck
Covered calls vs Short against the box

I was asked whether you could buy a stock and short it at the same time.

This is my answer from All Experts.com,as it was a private question so my answer was not available to the public.

Your theory is called shorting against the box.

You are simply hedging your long position by selling against it.

The bad thing is that if you hold through a dividend period

You will have to pay the dividend on your short position.

The advantage of 1 account is money,if you plan to sell short, most bokerages require you have the cash to cover the entire price.

Now my prefered way is to do a covered call.

Using a leap call option thats simply a call option good for 2 years.
Recently I could have sold a covered call on some hpq.

If I had when the stock was 50,

I would have pulled out 50 cents on the dollar when the market crashed

If i had bought leap puts with the procedes from the sale of the covered calls.

I would have made 1.12 for each buck the stock dropped and had no worries about paying any dividends on my short/covered position, since its a stock option

It has been my experience that a leap put goes up amost 62 cents on the dollar, when a stock is falling.

While the leap call goes down 50cents on the dollar.

Since you sold the call as a covered position, you must buy it back to close the position.

So as the option devalues as the stock drops, you make a profit,
and the put goes up in value thus further increasing your profit.

So its your choice.

Short against the box or simply sell a covered call.

My preferance is the covered call.

My best reason to cover is this. Say you want to buy a 5k of stock and you only have 3500,you now have a 1500 margin call or loan if you choose to borrow.

If you cover the position, the procedes from the option sale will be applied against the margin balance.

I once bought 4k of stock for 3k and covered 5 bucks out of the money.

ie For a 20 buck stock 200 shares cost 4k.

I sold 2 calls that were 25 buck strike for 1k and spent 3 k of my money.

When the options expired 2 years later the stock was 35 a share and i was exercised.

I received 5k for my sale plus the 1k I had received for the leap calls I covered with.

So i made 6k total return on a 3k investment

ie I made 100% return in 2 years or 50% return a year.

Thats my kind of trade.

HOW TO MAKE 120 A YEAR BY SIMPLY PAYING YOUR BILLS

Most people pay bills by check or by online payment.

This requires them to keep a check record/bill record.

When you pay bills by check you usually enter the amount of the bill andthen subtract it from your bank balance, and enter the result.

NOW to make your 120 a year you simply have to do 3 extra things.

1.YOU must be willing to use a credit card,THat has a 1% cashback feature.

2 You must pay that credit card bill in full each month, with that payment arriving at the credit card company,at least 5 days prior to the due date.

3 In your check record you must do the extra work of putting a star next to the amouts you pay with your credit card.

The reason you use the star on that amount, is that its still in your bank account.

This is a bill you would normally pay in cash, so you simply are leaving the cash in the bank to gain bank interest.

When the credit card bill comes, it can be paid in full because you only paid bills you would pay cash for anyway and thats why you placed a star next to the amounts you paid with the credit card.

The star is how you can easily see what you have to pay the credit card bill with.

The star also indicates that this money IS NOT available to use for something else.

Now the fun part, the money. Your credit card pays 1% cashback on all charges,Bills or purchases do not make a difference.

MOST people pay at least 1000 in reoccuring bills every month.

1% of 1000 dollars is 10 dollars.

10 dollars times 12 months is 120 dollars CHRISTMAS MONEY.

AND ALL YOU DID WAS PAY THE BILLS YOU HAVE TO PAY ANYWAY.
Why you should not ever pay more then 9% credit card loan interest

There is no reason to pay more then 9% interest on any credit card loan,IF you have a decent credit score.

Lets say you have 5 credit cards all with 2500 buck balances.

You should be able to get 2 more easyily, that are empty, if you have made the practice of paying your bill so the payment arrives 5 days before the due date.

Now lets say you have 1 amex 2 discover cards and 2 bank of america cards.

YOU will need a crap citibank and a crap chase manhattan bank and a crap capital one card.

I call these cards crap, because they will stab you in the heart with 30% interest rates, even if you are only 1 day late on a payment due date.

AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WILL CLEARLY STATE,

they have the right to do this and give you the belief they dont care 1 bit about you.

So now that you are warned, AS I AM SPEAKING FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE ON ALL 3 COMPANIES.

2 directly did this to me and the third to my friend and I was the person who fixed their wagon.

I paid them off and stuck them into the use when only necessary catagory.

That catagory means you use them for 4% money or 0% money or leave em to rot in your sock drawer.

Now the amex is 14% so you send that payment first from say chase. now amex is empty.

The reason you want it empty is it can pay off any other card you have.

You cant pay a discover card off with another discover card. the same is true of citibank, bank of america or chase manhatten.

If you follow this procedure, you will have single digit interest rates on all your cards in 3 months or less and 0% on the newer cards.

Multiple cards also allow you to negotiate rates, you simply tell the supervisor that they are competing against bank of america or chase.

Why should you use them if they won't be competitive.

Use this ploy to get longer balance transfer time periods or better rates , or removal of balance transfer fees.

I have done all of these things in the last 15 years.

Remember, a credit card company makes no profit if its card is in your sock drawer.

good luck
Getting your first credit card, loan

YES a credit card is a loan, NEVER FORGET THIS FACT.

If you are lucky enough to afford college. You can apply for a college credit card program.

I recomend discover card or bank of america.

STAY AWAY FROM CHASE AND CITIBANK,. Avoid them like the plague, unless you like being hit with 30% interest rates because of a single forgivable mistake.

Both of these companies did this exact process to me. BUT all they got was their accounts cut up and paid off within 15 days and some major BBB complaints.

I do believe in putting their crud on FRONT STREET so all can see how crooked they are.

IF you dont go to college, you can try a secured card from bank of america as discover does not have one.

You could go to wally mart

wal mart has a discover card and their wal mart card

You apply for the wal mart card and get it.

NOW YOU USE IT IN A MANNER THAT DOES NOT COST YOU MONEY.

If you have a super wal mart in your town,

Just tell moms you will fly for groceries and give you the cash.

put the cash in your bank and pay the bill with your card

accrue the bank interest till the bill comes and pay the bill in full when it comes.

Do this for 6 months to a year

and you should be able get approved for a wal mart discover card.

You can also do this with a gasoline credit card but it takes longer.

My Views On the Republican party

The republican party, which I will refer to as repubs from now on, is a group of self centered people who dont care about the common man.

Ann coulter is the perfect example of this.

Her book about liberals shows how distinctly narrow minded and selfish she truely is.

Lets talk about the trickle down lie of economics that they push.

We have had 2 different sets of repubs in office for at least 2 terms in the last 25 years and yet both times the same trickle down broken system was used, and lead to economic disaster.

The basics of trickle down is a tax cut that is funded in part by cutting state funding.

Then they get the fed to lower interest rates to, so-called, stimulate the economy.

The states say OH CRAP and immediately raise property taxes to offset the revenue loss.

This action artifically increases property prices.

COMBINE this with low interest rates and you start a real estate boom bubble.

In 1981 reagen got in, and by 1986 the savings and loans were failing due to forclosed bad variable rate loans. This was really brought into front page news when REPUB Charlie Keeting got caught cheating old folks out of thier money and his lincoln saving and loan empire went down the toilet.

If Charlie Keating sounds familiar, its because he was the Ohio loser that went after Larry flynt.

Yes repubs hate liberals who make honest money off a sex magazine, but they have no problem defrauding old folks out of their retirement funds.

By 1988-1990 the bubble had burst and california real estate was losing up to half its bubble value.

THIS is a fact I know due to working in the real estate field in 1988 ,
and switched to wiring homes in 1989 after the real estate boom started going south. I got out of the real estate field quick.

I then watched the 600k homes, I was wiring, in NORTH RESEDA,up on the hill, get forclosed on and go for 390-450k from the banks.

Hey look under baby bush we have the same exact thing 6 years after he started his tax cuts

Feb 2007 the sub prime market takes a dump as the rising interest rates make the bubble priced homes unsaleable.

Why is this you ask? Why its because all the forclosed props from 2004 and 2005 are glutting the market.

The reason for the glut is banks cant hold forclosed properties for more then 3 years.

So its 20 years later 1987-2007 and we have the exact same recession direction caused by the trickle down lie.

NOW lets talk about the war lies.

BABY BUSH wont have a draft because the new draft law make college deferment not available.

Whoops we cant have rich kids getting killed in the oil war.

HOW could the future DICKY CHENEYS dodge the draft 5 times like DICKY CHENEY did during the Vietnam era?

OR worse how could the Baby Bushs hide in the national guard. Since a requirement to join the national guard now, IS YOU MUST BE WILLING TO GO TO IRAQNAM.

REPUBS CANT HAVE THEIR RICH PUBETTS GO GET KILLED or Wounded IN AN oil war.

Especially since Baby Bush cut V.A. funding ,to give another tax cut ,so the wounded cant get the real care they require.

Or dont you remember the mission accomplished speech where he thanked the troops for being ok with having their VA benefits to be cut. So the rich could have another TAX BREAK.

Only poor kids are suppose to be there., AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN, due to the new back door draft of extending tours of duty.

FINALLY why does Baby Bush really not want the troops to come home.

THATS a simple answer, he remembers 1991 after gulf war ended. The troops came home to no jobs uner his daddy.

HE remembers how his daddy got the boot, and he does not want his fake 4.6% unemployment number going to double digits.

THIS is exactly what will happen if the troops come home to find their jobs exported/outsourced to india or mexico.

YOU see the war job protection provision does not apply if a job has been moved and still exists
in another location/country.

THAT loophole is like when a michigan company moves to texas. If you dont want to move, you lose, period end of statement.

FURTHER PROOF THAT REPUB LEADERS DONT GIVE A CRAP about the common man.
